※1：WEATHER Protect now uses plant-based rice husk silica instead of fluorine resin to minimize odor, though a slight scent from the UV-cut agents persists.
※2：The maximum weathering resistance of approx. 8 years applies specifically to colored versions with a “2-coat, no-wiping” application. Clear versions (Extra Clear / Clear) do not contain pigments for UV protection, resulting in less than half the weathering resistance. Please be advised that clear finishes do not provide 8-year durability.
- Please note that drying time may be significantly delayed under conditions such as high humidity, low temperatures, or excessive application.
- When applied to hard woods such as Ipe, Ulin, or Batu, the paint may have difficulty penetrating and drying times may be delayed. Please use extra caution.
- Submerge used brushes and rags in water and dispose of them while wet to prevent spontaneous combustion. If disposed of as is, the vegetable oil may generate heat and catch fire during the oxidative polymerization (drying) process. Please handle with extreme caution.
